What does a mother do with a head full of bricks, an ear that doesn't hear ANYTHING, and a nose as dry as the Sahara due to nasal decongestant? She gives up - with open arms she welcomes the help and competence of her significant other to carry on, and she goes to bed. I've learned that being a martyr is pointless. It does nothing but make you more exhausted. Hopefully, this sinus issue/hearing loss/jaw problem will subside with rest. Note to self: Do not use the symptom checker on WebMD. You will feel the need to call an ambulance. Rest assured, I did make a call to the real doctor - rest, sinus decongestants, etc, should do the trick.
