"Hi truck! My truck! Hot bagel! Hi Miles!" These were just some of the words Jackson emphatically said today. I'm looking back to 16 and 17 months with him, which I considered a bit challenging to say the least, and now 18 months is like a great big present I wasn't anticipating. He is back to a fun, happy, laughing little boy that has so much to say (I swear that I would make a boat load of money if I could just invent a "Rosetta Stone" for Baby Language.)
I wonder how one and a half years has gone by so quickly? Everyone told me to savor those moments, and I have . . . it is funny how people spend so much time taking pictures and shooting video, and writing blogs to document these fleeting moments. On one hand, it's such a great thing to have memories . . . on the other hand, do we ever actually live in the moment? Or, do we just capture it for later . . .
