There are MAMA days and DADA days, but most of the time, they are the latter. Jackson has been a daddy's boy since birth, with such a strong connection that Mike's presence in a room lights him up like a little sparkler. There couldn't be a better DADA in the world.
These past few days, Jack has wanted Mike for everything, and basically, I'm chopped liver at the moment. Sure, being pushed away and completely ignored by a one and half year old bruises the old ego a bit. Especially when I pick him up at daycare and he literally screams likes he is being chased by a lion. He refuses to leave with me, so taking him against his will makes even a greater scene. But, I'm sure this all comes in phases and a MAMA week is just around the corner?? Please be around the corner, oh god.

He sure lit up yesterday when he saw you come into the house. He sure loves his mama too!! :)
