One hundred days left of blogging. It's hard to believe that in 100 days, Jack will be 2 years old. Here he is, nearly 21 months, and such a little man from when I started. He is older, and I am wiser. I no longer feel like it's a crash course in parenting - now, it is just daily life that is full of surprises we can usually handle.
This is just a snipet of Jack's life. Merely 365 captured moments in time that he can ponder on when he's 32 (the age of his elderly mother.) They can stand as a reminder that life WAS simple, and still can be. Because, if we all just took some pointers from the day in the life of a toddler, we'd better off . . .
Flail your arms and chicken dance, just because it feels good.
Cry when you are sad.
Sing when you are happy - even if you don't know the words.
Say hello to people you don't know.
Share things you have too much of.
Offer things you don't have enough of.
Listen to people who know better.
Know that kisses fix most everything . . .

What will I read so enthusiastically each morning when 100 days are up. I won't know how to begin my day :(
