I fell in love with Jackson all over again today. When I went to pick him up from daycare this afternoon, he saw me arrive. In his yellow sweater vest and courdoroy pants, he tripped over his feet trying to get to me quicker. When he landed in my arms, I was embraced with a great big bear hug and a "HI MAMA!!"
Jack's teacher came over to me, laughing, and said that he has "quite a way with the ladies." Apparently Jackson made his way over to Ella at some point today, and declared his love. With both hands, he reached for Ella's little cheeks and smooshed them together . . . then he planted a gigantic wet kiss on her lips. Ella reciprocated with a hug after the shock wore off. Her mother, laughing, said "Well Ella, let's just keep this one from Daddy."
